Ckeck-in/Ckeck-out
The rooms can be occupied from 14:00 pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated till 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you would like to arrive later or leave the hotel later please inform the housekeeper.
Cleaning
The house always provides you with clean rooms. Please take care of our apartment just like your own house. We are aware of the importance of the environmental protection so there are linen change once a week. So we try to reduce the amount of water and detergent used by the washing machines.
Information about the boarding
We can NOT provide any services like breakfast or halfboard service. But a shared, well-equipped kitchen can be found in the house and a barbecue facilities in the garden. Moreover each room has a fridge.
Activity:
The guests are allowed to use the bicycles of the house free. If you would like to ride a bike please inform the housekeeper! In case of unreasonable use or damage of the house’s equipment the person who caused the injury or his/her the legal representative owes financial responsibility for the damage.
Smoking
In the area of the house the SMOKING IS PROHIBITED, it is only allowed outside at the assigned places.
Pets:
Pets are allowed into the house. If you would like to travel with your pet, please inform us of your intention at the time of booking
Security:
It is compulsory for every guest to keep the fire and accident prevention regulations.
In case of unreasonable use or damage of the hotel’s equipment the person who caused the injury or his/her the legal representative owes financial responsibility for the damage.
