Check-in/ Check-out
The rooms can be occupied from 14:00 pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated till 09:00 am on the day of departure.
If you would like to arrive earlier or leave the pension later please inform the reception.
Information about the boarding
Breakfast: Buffet from 7:30 to 09:00. If you would like to have breakfast later, please coordinate to the reception. If you need any special need or allergy, please inform the reception.
Our pension can not provide meals, but there is a common kitchen, where the cooking is provided. So the eating works sufficiency form.
Cleaning
The pensuon always provides you with clean rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day between 08:00 and 16:00. We are aware of the importance of the environmental protection so there are towel change daily and linen change once a week. So we try to reduce the amount of water and detergent used by the washing machines.
Smoking
In the area of the pension SMOKING IS PROHIBITED, it is only allowed outside at the assigned places.
Pets:
Pets are allowed into the pension. If you would like to travel with your pet, please inform us of your intention at the time of booking
Security:
It is compulsory for every guest to keep the fire and accident prevention regulations.
In case of unreasonable use or damage of the pension’s manual fire alarm equipment the person who caused the injury or his/her the legal representative owes financial responsibility for the damage
